Booked a room with a queen bed. The staff was helpful and attentive, we had an easy check-in. A lot of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Thanks to a great service we had an enjoyable stay.

Location: the hotel was short walk to centro, the hill, and the downtown area. A lot of restaurants to eat close by, like Restaurante Las Mercedes that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Bed was very comfortable, room was comfy and fine. The bathroom was large, included a shower, guest toiletries, and towels.

I loved this lovely little and well-maintained place. the staff were nice and courteous too. - the setting was favourable, close enough to the downtown area and Guanajuato.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with charming arches and a Spanish mission theme, adding to the overall ambiance. We especially appreciated the delicious food at the restaurant and the accommodating nature of the cooks who happily catered to our vegan requests.
